  1. All maps and satellite photography are courtesy and copyright of the Google Maps API.

  2. All remaining coding and general concept notwithstanding content provided by the Google Maps API and stock art is copyright Matt Hayward 2006.

  3. Satellite imagery and maps are constantly evolving and will change ad hoc. Satellite imagery is not 'live'.

  4. All winery co ordinates are based on what address information is available at the time. They may not be completely accurate and are subject to change.

  5. We do not certify or validate any claims a winery makes regarding their product, eg kosher or organic wine. Their claims of certification are taken on good faith. We cannot be held responsible if their product does not meet dietary or religious requirements.

  6. All users are welcome to contribute locations to the maps. However, if they are deemed malicious, inapropriate, not useful to our target audience or inaccurate, then we will reject them.

  7. Users or winery owners are encouraged to request updates to their co ordinates or make the suggestion. Whilst this is essentially a free service, we reserve the right to give priority to users and winery owners who contribute towards the running costs of this site.

  8. We cannot be held liable for any damages or losses caused by incorrect data information provided by users.

  1. By signing up, where you consent we will send you ad hoc updates on new functionality and improvements to our site, or related sites. If you choose to receive promotional material, you may receive ad hoc promotions and offers from our parnters.

    At no point will we ever give your email address or identity to these partners or third parties.
